No off for flashlight, no time stamp

Overall, it works. Simple but lacks the following. I wanted to give 5 stars but only 3 because the below are missing. If we have it, I think more people will buy this.

1. No off for flashlight. At night it turns on and no way to turn it off. Its annoying to have the flashlight on while driving.

2. No time stamp for each video. So when we need it for any legal procedure, might be a problem.
